EZRecruitingOnline.com was founded by Raul Ruiz in June of 2009. Ruiz earned his BBA in Business Administration with a concentration in HR Management from American InterContinental University out of Atlanta. He is a graduate of William J. Bogan Technical High School in Chicago. Raul serves as a Board Member of the Kendrick Fincher Memorial Foundation. He also serves as Chairman of the Northwest Arkansas Hispanic Council, is a board member for the Lions Club of Lowell, served on the March of Dimes WalkAmerica Committee and past Diversity Chair for the Northwest Arkansas Human Resources Association, has been Past-President of LULAC and is very proactive in the Northwest Arkansas Community.
